Deliveries are made by courier or by our own drivers on our own fleet of vehicles, all of whom have CPC training and have attended an Eco Driving Course.
Delivery Times
Our standard delivery timeframe is within 48 hours, if delivery is likely to be outside of this time frame we will inform you immediately.
Next day delivery is available on all orders placed before 3pm Mon - Fri. Orders taken on Friday for next day will be delivered Monday. All next day orders will be delivered by a courier service.
For next day deliveries please call our customer service team on 01323 445001 and they will arrange this for you.
Free Delivery
As standard, delivery is free on all orders over £60 exl. VAT. Orders under £60 are subject to a £8.50 (ex. VAT) delivery charge. In certain cases some contracts have different delivery thresholds, please consult your contract information to find out what delivery arrangements have been pre-agreed.
International Delivery
Wightman & Parrish only deliver to countries within the UK.
Returns / Damages / Missing Items
Wightman & Parrish operate a 14 days returns policy, please contact us on 01323 445001 if you wish to return an item. Please note any items returned must be in resalable condition. We reserve the right to make a re-stocking charge of 20% of the value of the goods returned if the goods were supplied as ordered. If there is any discrepancy in your order you must notify us within 5 business days. Please be aware special orders cannot be returned to Wightman & Parrish unless they are faulty or defective. Items on the web, which are special order, will contain this line in the description "Please note this item is special order so is non-returnable”.

Keeping our Drivers Safe
All of our Wightman & Parrish vans have been fitted with both hands-free systems to allow drivers to be contactable via mobile whilst driving, and forward-facing safety cameras. The collision cameras capture high quality images from the driver’s point of view and are able to be used as evidence in the event of an accident to protect the driver from the many issues faced on the roads today.
