Venture is a highly effective unidirectional CIP detergent for heat treatment surface applications in very high water hardness. Venture is highly effective for removing curd residues in one step in the rennet process, with no residue sticking to the surface of the equipment. The venture is very effective in cleaning cold surface applications in the dairy and food processing industries. The venture is low food grade and suitable for CIP and spray applications in all food and beverage industries.

• The project is highly effective in one-step cleaning of HTSTs and evaporators in hard water, in the presence of very high levels of protein and calcium contamination. • The project is very cost-effective to use in a place where soil with a very high heat treatment content needs to be removed. • The project can be used in the cheese rennet process, to clean homogenizers and maturation tanks after the separation of cottage cheese and sweet whey. • The project is highly efficient in removing all curd residues, which does not cause any deposits sticking to the surface of the equipment. • Venture is suitable for use in CIP applications under high turbulence conditions. • Venture is suitable for use in bottle washing, tray washing, chest and mold washes, as well as in Fryer applications.
